Okay, some backstory:
I was running an RP called "When Worlds Clash," which allowed people to play a FT nation of their choosing or creation. We have everything from Klingons to Drow Elves to Necrons to the GDI. It was a lot of fun. Part of the backstory is that Earth was lost to Tiberium. Well, also part of the backstory was that Krypton was lost to Tiberium, as well, and that Tiberium and Kryptonite were the same substances.
Well, I've since refined that idea, leading to Superman joining the Brotherhood of Nod, Bruce Wayne funding the GDI, the Greeen Lanterns becoming a large order (due to their rings being Tiberium-based,) and CABAL being a new version of Brainiac.
And Kane's history is explained, but I might do more with this, so I'm not about to spoil it.
